With the facilitation of the Embassy of Ukraine in the Federal Republic of Nigeria, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between the Ukrainian company RSE Energy s.r.o., relocated to the Czech Republic (represented by the Executive Director of RSE Energy Nigeria), and the Federal Ministry of Industry, Trade and Investment of Nigeria, represented by H.E. the Honourable Minister Sen. John Owan Enoh.

The signing ceremony was attended by the Ambassador of Ukraine to Nigeria, who reaffirmed the Embassy’s continued commitment to supporting direct contacts between Ukrainian and Nigerian businesses, strengthening economic ties, and promoting mutually beneficial investment projects.

The MoU marks another practical step toward deepening Ukraine–Nigeria economic cooperation, particularly in the fields of energy, industrial development, and the introduction of innovative solutions.

The Embassy of Ukraine in Nigeria remains actively engaged in facilitating economic diplomacy and supporting Ukrainian companies in accessing African markets as part of its broader efforts to enhance bilateral relations between Ukraine and Nigeria.
