In 2016, an online portal http://studyinukraine.gov.ua/ was created, which provides an opportunity to ensure the transparency of the entry of foreigners into Ukrainian Universities without the participation of intermediaries.
This site is an official state source of information on the training of foreign students in Ukraine, which contains a list of higher education institutions of Ukraine with their official websites, training programs and other useful information. Tuition fees and entry conditions are published on the official web pages of the universities (http://studyinukraine.gov.ua/study-in-ukraine/universities/ ).
Since 2019, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the Ukrainian State Center for International Education have introduced a free service for Foreign Students StudyPass (https://site.studypass.intered.com.ua/en.html ).
The service will allow a foreign entrant using the number of his invitation to obtain all the necessary information, namely:
- the name of the educational institution;
- the address of the educational institution;
- contacts of the educational institution;
- cost of education;
- a copy of the draft contract;
- the name of the faculty;
- level of education (language training, basic education - junior bachelor, bachelor, master, postgraduate education, program of academic mobility);
- information about the agent, if indicated in the invitation to study;
- contact of the agent;
- Information about the Embassy of Ukraine in the country of origin of the foreign student;
- information about the embassy of the country of origin accredited in Ukraine;
