For driving a vehicle (including buses, ambulances, special equipment and any other vehicles weighing more than 3.5 tons) without registration in the RMPD system, the Polish regulatory authorities impose a fine of 13,500 zlotys (12,000 zlotys per company - carrier that carries out transportation and PLN 1,500 per driver), which is approximately US 3,375 for each vehicle, including vehicles that were transferred to the Ukrainian side as humanitarian aid and vehicles that were first purchased/donated for the needs of the Ukrainian side and are being transported for the first registration in Ukraine.
