On 10 August, Counsellor of the Embassy of Ukraine in Nigeria Ihor Cherinko held a meeting with Ambassador Naret Hirse, Deputy Director of the European Affairs Division of the Department of Regions of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

During the meeting, the parties discussed a number of issues of mutual interest, including prospects for further development of Ukrainian-Nigerian cooperation and intensification of the bilateral political dialogue.
