On February 13, a meeting of the Ukraine-Nigeria Business Council was held.

The event was attended by representatives of the Department of Economic Diplomacy of MFA of Ukraine, representative of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Nigeria Olena Nedrygailo, Embassy of Ukraine in Nigeria, president of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Lagos Gabriel Idahosa, vice president of the Ukraine-Nigeria Business Council Ben Gbade Ojo, representatives of the US Department of Commerce, as well as representatives of Ukrainian and Nigerian businesses.
The Ukraine-Nigeria Business Council was founded in 2019. Holding the meeting will intensify joint work after the pandemic and the full-scale invasion of Russia.
