In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministries of Ukraine № 211 dated 11.03.2020 «On prevention of the spread of COVID-19 acute respiratory disease caused by the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus in Ukraine» all the educational institutions have been quarantined since March 12, 2020.

Information concerning the extension/completion of the academic year 2019/2020 as follows:

🔸Completion of the academic year 2019/2020 and holding regular examinations will be carried out on timely basis in accordance with the timetable and schedules approved by the higher education institutions.
🔸Those students who are studying at the expense of the State Budget of Ukraine should graduate as scheduled. However, graduation of those students that are studying at the expense of individuals (legal entities) may be postponed until fulfillment by the parties of the agreement of their obligations thereunder.
🔸Final tests, examinations, certification of the students (evaluation exams, defense of scientific works etc.) in case of quarantine extension in the interim, will be conducted remotely (synchronously) with reliable authentication of the applicants.
🔸Evaluation of the seekers of Doctor of Philosophy, Doctor of Art and Doctor of Science degrees will be postponed until the epidemiological situation in Ukraine has been normalized.
🔸In the case of students who are not in their graduation to make the necessary changes to the curriculum in order to transfer practical training and study of the subjects, which require classroom instruction and may not be efficiently performed remotely, to the next academic jointly with the respective examinations.
🔸Educational schedule for non-graduate academic classes can only be compressed in exceptional cases, without reduction the content and volume of laboratory work.
