Ahead of the fourth anniversary of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, a “Friends of Ukraine” meeting was held, bringing together close partners and allies in a shared expression of solidarity.

The event was organized by the Delegation of the European Union in Nigeria in cooperation with the Embassy of Ukraine. Ambassadors of the EU Member States took part in the meeting, as well as Ambassadors of Australia, Canada, Japan, Norway, the Republic of Korea, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.

Ukraine sincerely appreciates all partners for their unwavering support and principled position. We extend our special gratitude to the EU Ambassador Gautier MIGNOT for the hospitality and leadership in consolidating joint efforts in support of Ukraine.

Four years of resistance are four years of resilience and unity.
