On 7 August, Counsellor of the Embassy of Ukraine in Nigeria Ihor Cherinko, together with First Secretary of the Embassy Ihor Shulezhko, visited the Embassy of the Togolese Republic in Abuja, where they held talks with Mr. Noundja Nakpergou, Minister-Counsellor of the Togolese diplomatic mission in Nigeria.

During the friendly and constructive meeting, the parties discussed current issues on the Ukraine–Togo bilateral agenda and reaffirmed their mutual interest in the further development of relations between the two countries.
