As part of the commemorative events dedicated to the 1,000 days of Russia's full-scale war against Ukraine, the Ukrainian Embassy in Nigeria held a closed screening of film “ZLO” by Elena Moshinska .
The film, created on the basis of unique archival materials, documents, historical facts and eyewitness accounts, explores the phenomenon that has become a cancerous tumor on the body of humanity.
Representatives of official circles of Nigeria, experts and invited representatives of the Ukrainian diaspora had the opportunity to get acquainted with the horrific footage of the war.
Addressing the audience, Ukrainian Ambassador to Nigeria Ivan Kholostenko noted:
"These 1,000 days have become days of pain and destruction for Ukraine and Ukrainians. However, the nation resisted. Ukraine withstood and keeps fighting back against the enemy every day. We call on our international partners to stand with us and help Ukraine stop the advance of evil."
