Today, a Day of Mourning has been declared in Kyiv in memory of all those whose lives were taken by the Russian attack on the night of July 31.
At
least 31 people were killed, including three children aged 2, 6, and 17. More than 160 people were injured.
In response to this terrorist act, the Embassy of Ukraine in the Federal Republic of Nigeria is opening an online Book of Condolences. The Book will be available at the following email address:
[email protected] from 12:00 p.m. on August 1 until 12:00 p.m. on August 6.
