Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andrii Sybiha:
"Another massive Russian air attack across Ukraine this morning.
Ballistic missiles on Kyiv and other cities, swarms of missiles and drones in many regions, and an aviation bomb on a multi-story residential building in Kupiansk, resulting in injured civilians.
Russia's only response to US proposals for a full ceasefire so far has been to launch more missiles, drones, and bombs against Ukraine and its people.
Time for more pressure on Moscow."
