Ambassador of Ukraine Ivan Kholostenko held a meeting with the Honourable Minister of  Defence of the Federal Republic of Nigeria General Christopher Gwabin Musa (rtd) OFR .

During the conversation, the parties discussed current issues of bilateral cooperation in the field of defence.

The Ambassador informed the Honourable Minister about the current security situation in Ukraine in light of the ongoing Russian aggression and expressed gratitude to Nigeria for its support for Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity in the international arena.

The parties emphasized the importance of further developing cooperation in the military and military-technical spheres.
