On October 31, 2017 a Constituent meeting on the establishment of the Association of Nigerian-Ukrainian Friendship was held in the Embassy of Ukraine in Nigeria.

This Organization will bring together Nigerian representatives of official and business circles of Nigeria, parliamentarians, politicians, graduates of Ukrainian universities and others.

The task of the Association is to promote Ukrainian interests in all spheres of bilateral relations.
