On May 23, 2017 the Ukrainian-Nigerian Business Forum was held in the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry with the support of the Embassy of Ukraine in the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

The event was held to commemorate the 25-th anniversary of the establishing diplomatic relations between Ukraine and Nigeria.

The Nigerian delegation consisted of representatives of government bodies, government of the states, MPs, members of chambers of commerce and businessmen.

The ways of boosting trade and economic cooperation in such areas, as the development of industrial capacity and infrastructure, projects in the spheres of education and renewable energy were discussed during the Forum.
