Foreign citizens and stateless persons enter the territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea according to the laws and international treaties of Ukraine.

Foreigners from the countries which have visa regime with Ukraine should apply for visas to the diplomatic and consular missions of Ukraine abroad.

Foreigners from the countries which have visa-free regime with Ukraine can stay on the territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sebastopol only after crossing the state border of Ukraine at the existing checkpoints and receiving due entry marks in the passport documents or immigration cards.

Non-compliance by foreign citizens and stateless persons with the laws of Ukraine while entering and staying at the territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sebastopol would result in responsibility for the violation of Ukrainian legislature and could cause international sanctions to the people qualified as those supporting temporary occupation of the part of Ukraine.
